摘要
选用雌性Wistar大鼠,分为5个月龄组,取心脏后分别制备心室不同部位心肌组织匀浆,经分离提取后应用直接放射免疫法测定心室心钠素。其结果为:心室不同部位心钠素呈特异性分布,心室间隔心钠素与月龄呈显著负相关,提示在心脏老化过程中,随月龄增加,心脏某些重要内分泌功能逐渐减退。
Female wistar rats were segregated into 5 groups (1, 8, 6, 10, 21months), the 21-month group was taken as ageing rats. Myocardial homogenates were prepared. The ventricular ANF levels in different parts of the myocardium were measured by RIA, As a result, ANF has a characteristic distribution in different parts of the ventricle. There is a negative correlation between the intraval-ventricular ANF and months. The experiment suggests that as age increases, the cardiac some important hormonal function diminishes during the heart ageing.
