本文介绍了一种采用光线转换器作为转换元件的光电三维角位移传感器的工作原理及构成,建立了三维角位移与光线变化之间的数学模型,分析了该传感器的一些特点。
Describes an optical transducer for spatial angle measurement. The mathematical analysis of the curve in the image caused by the rotation of an object and the features of the transducer are presented.
