摘要
无机化学实验的开放化、综合化、微型化以及绿色化,已成为实验改进的目标。该文根据绿色化学的理念,对无机化学实验课程中的高锰酸钾制备实验的装置进行了改进。改进后的实验结果良好,提高了产率,节省了原料盐酸和碳酸钙的用量,实现了该实验向绿色化学的转变。
The improvement on inorganic chemistry experiments has been targeted at their openness,comprehensiveness,miniaturization and green-orientation.Based on the conception of green chemistry,this paper reported an improvement on the experimental installation for the preparation of potassium permanganate which appears in the third edition of the Inorganic Chemistry Experiments by Higher Education Press.The improved experiment is sound with an increase of experimental yield and a reduction of raw materials hydrochloric acid and calcium carbonate.Therefore,it is green-oriented.
