摘要
教材管理是高校教学管理的重要环节,高校教材建设在机构设置,人员素质,教材质量,管理手段等方面均存在一些问题,需要健全机构;提高人员素质;规范教材选用制度;设立教材建设基金;实现网络化管理;科学进行招投标。
Teaching material management is an important procedure in the teaching administration in the colleges and universities. There exist some problems in the construction of teaching material in the colleges and universities, such as organization setup, personnel qualification, teaching material quality, management methods, etc. This paperproposes the following approaches as perfecting the institution, improving the personnel＇s ability, regulating teaching material evaluation system, and setting up fund for teaching material development and realizing the network management and organizing the material bidding scientifically.
