摘要
来华留学生逐渐成为我国重要的旅游细分市场,具有很大的开发潜力。通过问卷调查,对来华留学生的人口统计特征、旅游动机、旅游行为及其他一些相关指标进行了分析,利用因子分析提取了康体型、体验型、交际型和文化型四个维度的旅游动机公因子,并进一步采用聚类法将来华留学生聚类成三种不同类别,分析了各类旅游者的不同行为特征,为旅游企业开拓留学生旅游市场提供决策依据。
Foreign students in China have gradually become an important segment of tourism, promising huge potential for development. Through questionnaires, the demographic characteristics, tourist motives, travel behaviorand otherrelated indicators of foreign students in China were analyzed. By using factor analysis, health body, experience-based, communication and cultural-based four dimensions tourism motivation factors were extracted and foreign students were classified into three different types of cluster by further using cluster analysis. Then the different behavior characteristics of different tourists were analyzed in orderto develop the travel market of foreign students to provide basis fordecision-making.
