摘要
为了有效促进区域经济建设并为区域物流发展提供充足的高素质技能型人才,高职物流教育应当建立基于区域物流发展特点的人才培养模式。高职院校应当从培养模式创新、产学研结合、实训师资队伍建设和实训基地建设等方面着手。
In order to promote regional economic construction and supply sufficient qualified talents for the regional logistics development,higher vocational logistics education should established talent training mode in accordance with the characteristics of regional logistics development.Higher vocational colleges should start from training mode innovation,the cooperation of the industries,colleges and research departments,training teacher team construction and practice base construction,etc.
