摘要
学术活动是高等学校最基本的活动形式。学术环境影响学术的发展和教师的成长,应当构建和谐的学术环境,使其成为促进学术发展的动力。文章从学术生存环境、学术制度环境、学术人际环境三个方面分析了和谐学术环境的构建。
The academic activities are the most basic form of activity in the colleges.Because academic environment influences the development of academy and the growth of the teachers,harmonious academic environment should be constructed,it should be made the impetus to promote the academy development.From three aspects,an academic living environment,academic institutions environment and academic interpersonal environment,this paper analyzes the construction of harmonious academic environment.
