摘要
以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向的高职教育方针,使得高职院校的教学质量管理体系必须加快改革,强化特色,提高行业、企业等用人单位对高职生的满意度。高等职业院校教学质量监控保障体系是学院办学定位、办学指导思想决定的,由教学质量评价指标体系、组织保障体系、制度保障体系、教学资源保障体系和校园文化环境保障体系组成。
The educational principle is service-oriented and employment-oriented.It requires higher vocational schools should reform the teaching quality monitoring system,strengthen characteristics and improve employing units＇satisfaction with the graduates of higher vocational schools.The teaching quality monitoring system is determined by the orientation and guiding thoughts of running schools.The system consists of indicators of teaching quality evaluation,organizational security system,system security system,teaching resources security system and campus culture security system.
