摘要
在竞争日趋激烈的市场经济环境中,如何推行有效的管理,在保证工期、质量与效果的同时创造效益,是园林建设企业经营的头等大事。结合多年的实践,就施工项目成本控制管理的内容、施工项目成本控制的原则及施工项目成本控制的措施三个部分对如何控制园林绿化工程施工成本进行阐述,以期对他人有借鉴意义。
In the fierce market competition environment, how to implement the effective management to create profit under the premise of guaranteeing the construction period and quality is the priority for the business enterprise. With many years of practice, three parts of the content, principle and measures in construction cost control are presented to control the construction cost in the landscape architecture, and to be as the reference for the others.
