摘要
为了综合评价快速城镇化背景下城市公共交通发展状况,通过分析城市公共交通发展特征,给出公共交通综合评价指标体系。分析利用可拓论对模糊性和不相容性进行定量评价的适用性,建立基于物元模型的可拓方法并应用于公共交通综合评价。同时,将信息熵与相离度相融合的不确定语言多属性决策方法运用于权值计算,提高了评价体系的客观性和准确性。最后通过实例证明了指标体系的合理性,以及模型方法的有效性和实用性。
To comprehensively evaluate transit development under the rapid urbanization,this paper presents an evaluation index system for public transportation through analyzing the characteristics of transit development. By discussing the applicability of extenics theory in quantitative evaluation of fuzziness and incompatibility, the paper develops a matter-element model based on entropy weight and applies the model to comprehensive evaluation of public transportation. Then the paper applies the uncertain language multi-attribute decision-making method combined with the information entropy and deviation degree to weight coefficient calculation, which improves the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation system. The results from a case study validate the practicability of the evaluation index system and the model.
