摘要
为满足整机对铝电解电容器提出的105℃2000h及105℃5000h高可靠性要求,从溶质纯度、吸氢剂纯度以及电容器材料含水量等方面进行实验,研究了其对电容器耐久性的影响。实验结果表明,所用原材料的纯度及含水量均是影响铝电解电容器耐久性的重要因素。指出提高原材料纯度并进行耐久性考核,严格电容器芯子干燥工艺,尽快拟定105℃系列产品的国家标准的必要性。
To satisfied the reliability requirements (105℃, 2 000 h and 105℃, 5 000
h), the experiment related was carried out The experiment results show that the load life of
electrolytic capacitors is influenced by many factors, and the purity and the water content of the
raw material are two of the most important factors among the others Some suggestions to
