摘要
针对传统卧式离心机在调速系统及节能方面的设计技术进行了相关研究。通过对双电机驱动和变频器控制的设计,在一定程度上改进传动装置,从而提高离心机的分离效果。实现无级调速和在结构形式和传动方式两个方面做一定的研究和改进,从而降低其功率消耗及传动效率。
The traditional horizontal centrifuge system and energy saving in the Governing There are many deficiencies,this paper,the traditional horizontal centrifuge speed control system and energy saving design techniques carried out relevant research,through the two-motor drive and inverter control design,to a certain extent,improved transmission,thereby enhancing the centrifuge separation,stepless speed regulation,and transmission mode in the structure of both form and do some research and improvement,thereby reducing the power consumption and transmission efficiency.
