摘要
采用水热法合成了PLZT(8/65/35)粉末。研究了反应温度、反应时间以及矿化剂浓度等不同工艺条件对生成纯钙钛矿相PLZT粉末的影响。晶化过程研究结果表明,在一定的工艺条件下可以合成出纯钙钛矿相的PLZT粉末。在生成PLZT(8/65/35)晶相的同时,伴有其他钙钛矿杂相生成。随着反应时间增加,杂相消融,粉体逐步转化为单一的PLZT(8/65/35)相。增加矿化剂浓度可以加速转化。
