缺氧诱导因子-1α在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:3

Expression of Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1α in Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的表达意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测50例甲状腺乳头状癌、50例甲状腺腺瘤和48例甲状腺假乳头状瘤组织中HIF-1α的表达。结果 HIF-1α蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌、甲状腺腺瘤及甲状腺假乳头状瘤组织的表达率分别为76.0%(38/50)、16.0%(8/50)和10.4%(5/48);甲状腺乳头状癌有淋巴结转移的患者HIF-1α表达高于无淋巴结转移者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲状腺乳头状癌病理分级及临床分期分别与HIF-1α表达呈正相关(r分别为0.339和0.386,P<0.05)。结论甲状腺乳头状癌组织中HIF-1α的表达明显上调,HIF-1α的表达程度与甲状腺乳头状癌病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关。 Objective To explore the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods The expresions of HIF-1α in 50 patients with papillar thyroid carcinoma(PTC),50 patients with thyroid adenoma,and 48 patients with thyroid pseudo-papilla were detected with immunohistochemical methods.Results HIF-1α was expressed in 76%(38 /50) of patients with PTC,which was significantly higher than those in thyroid adenoma(16.0%;8 /50) and thyroid pseudo-papilla(10.4%;5 /48).The expression rate was also significantly higher in patients with lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis(P 0.05).The pathological stages and clinical stages were positively correlated with HIF-1α.Conclusion The expression of HIF-1α is remarkably increased in papillary thyroid carcinoma,and the strong positive expression of HIF-1α is related with tumor size and lymph node metastasis in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma.
