从理论到实践详细阐述了在高校排球选项课中应用分层递进教学的程序与实施方法.实践表明,分层递进教学法的实施,激励了学生学习的主动性和积极性,提高了体育课的教学质量.
The applying of the lamination progressive teaching method in the selective course of volleyball is illustrated both theoretically and practically by way of the detailed information on both the applying procedure and the applying method.Practice shows that the lamination progressive teaching method,encouraging the students＇learn initiative and enthusiasm,improving the quality of physical education teaching.
