摘要
体育教学中实施心理健康教育,加深对"健康第一"指导思想的理解,提高体育教学对学生心理健康重要作用和影响的认识,明确其教育活动不可替代的特殊性、针对性和实效性.加强在教学中实施心理健康教育有效策略的探索,能够促进学生身心健康发展.
Implementation of effective strategies of psychology health education.In order to deepen the target should be health first guiding ideology,improve the understanding of sports teaching plays an important role in students＇ psychological health and education,its activity is irreplaceable particularity,the pertinence and effectiveness,strengthen the psychological health education in teaching implementation of effective strategies,promote students＇ healthy development.
