摘要
以苯胺为原料,设计了乙酰苯胺的制备、熔点的测定、有机物的结构表征和对硝基苯胺的制备等一系列有机化学实验.使产品循环利用,减少环境污染.通过该系列实验,全面提高学生的综合实验能力,推进有机化学实验绿色化改革.
Using phenylamine as raw materials the organic chemistry experiments of acetanilide and p-nitroaniline synthesis,melting point test,structural characterization was designed.The compound was recycled to reduce environmental pollution.By means of these experiments the comprehensive ability of students was elevated and the reform of organic chemistry experiment was practiced.
