摘要
探讨了驻极体薄膜的表面缺陷态和表面吸附态如何影响驻极体的性能问题。试图解释表面态对驻极体的表面电导率和电菏输运过程的影响。
This article approaches the problems of surface of electret films,i.e. defect states and absorbed states on the surface of an electret affecting its properties. We try to explain their influence on the surface conductivity and charge transfer of electrets.
