摘要
多相无刷励磁系统旋转整流器的故障检测一直以来是个技术难题,没有很好的解决方案。本文以理论分析和仿真计算结果为指导,选定合适的故障特征量,设定合理的故障判据,研发了旋转整流器的故障检测装置,在现场试验中能够准确判断旋转整流器的一相开路、两相开路故障,为多相无刷励磁系统旋转整流器故障检测提供了一种更加有效的解决方案。使用该装置能够消除现有的旋转无刷励磁系统故障检测的死区,为无刷励磁系统的安全运行提供技术保障。
The solutions of fault detection for rotary rectifier in multi-phase brushless excitation system are always technical difficulties,and there is a lack of perfect solutions at present.Based on theoretical analysis and simulation results,the appropriate fault characteristics of rotary rectifier are selected and the valid detection criterion is applied in the newly researched fault detector which effectively identified the open-circuit fault status of rotary rectifier in the field test at power plant,so the more effective solutions for fault detection are supplied.Using this techology the dead-zone of the relay protection for rotary rectifier fault will be eliminated and the technical support on safety of brushless excitation system can be provided.
