摘要
湄洲湾火电厂1号发电机振动在大修后频繁出现突发性阶跃式增大,并导致多次跳闸,诊断其原因为发-励对轮连接松动,通过技巧性动平衡使机组顺利运行八个多月,待对轮连接螺栓和定位销到货更换后,问题获得彻底解决。
Abrupt vibration and stepwise increase in No.1 generator in Meizhouwan thermal power plant occurred frequently abrupt after major repair,resulting in shutdown for many times.It is concluded that the cause of vibration lies in linkup-looseness of the generator-exciter rotor coupling.But the unit has been operated smoothly for more than eight months by using the workmanlike balanced method.Then,the vibration malfunction is completely solved though replacing the coupling bolts and orientation pins.
