摘要
目的:探讨通过对产前高危因素孕母的胎儿超声心动图筛查胎儿心脏畸形的临床应用价值。材料与方法:对252例具有高危因素的孕母采用二维、M型、彩色多普勒及脉冲多普勒对胎儿的四腔心、五腔心、主动脉弓、左右室流出道、主动脉短轴切面进行检查,筛查胎儿心脏畸形。结果:发现胎儿心脏畸形18例,阳性率7.14%,部分病例经尸检及产后超声心动图随访证实。结论:对于高危因素的孕母,胎儿超声心动图是筛查胎儿心脏畸形的重要方法。
Purpose：research the clinic application value of using fetal echocardiogram of antepartum pregnancy mother who has high-risk factor to screen the fetal heart deformity.Materials and Methods：make examination of 252 pregnancy mother who has high-risk factor to screen the fetal heart deformity.The examination is using two-dimension,M type,color and pulse Doppler to screen the fatal heart cross section of quadrilocular heart and quinquelocular heart,right and left ventricle outflow tract,aortic arch and aortae short axis.Results：find 18 cases of fetal heart deformity,positive rate is 7.14%,some cases were confirmed by following autopsy and post partum echocardiogram.Conclusion：For pregnancy mother who has high-risk factor,antepartum fetal echocardiogram is the important way to check the fetal heart deformity.
