摘要
针对大型水轮机导叶加工周期长的问题,提出用普通镗床、刨床或数控铣床加工导叶翼型的新工艺,可以多工位操作,解决了加工设备紧张的问题,缩短了生产周期。
In view of question which machining period of guide blade for large-sized hydraulic turbine is long,the new technology which the machining of aerofoil for guide blade uses general borer instead of planer or NC milling machine is put foward.It may be operated with multiple steps.This resolves the question of machinery in short supply and shortens the production period.
