摘要
针对锅炉实际燃煤煤种偏离设计煤种,实际运行中磨煤机出力太小,引起机组限负荷等一系列的问题,提出将ZGM113K磨煤机增容改造。经技术论证后,磨煤机采用提速的改造方案,结果表明,磨煤机提速24%,出力提高20%,即磨煤机输出转速由24.34 r/min提高到30.18 r/min,磨煤机出力由50 t/h提高到60 t/h,达到了改造目的。
Since the actual coal burned in the company was not exactly of the designed category,which made the output of its ZGM113K coal mill very low,therefore a number of problems,for example,limited unit load,were arisen.In order to solve above problems,retrofit for output improvement of the coal mill was made by raising its speed,after which,the speed and output are respectively raised by 24% and 20%,i.e.mill speed has been promoted from 24.34 r/min to 30.18 r/min,and mill output from 50 t/h to 60 t/h,indicating that the retrofit aim is achieved.
