摘要
信任度评价是信息网络系统信任管理决策的基础和前提,是不确定信息多属性群决策领域的前沿课题之一。本文采用德尔菲法(Delphi)对影响信息网络系统信任管理的各种因素进行了深入分析,确立了信息网络系统信任度评价指标体系,在此基础上,考虑到该评估问题的复杂性、不确定性,提出了基于D-S证据理论的评价方法,通过实例分析验证了方法的可行性,为完善信息网络系统信任管理决策提供了新的思路与方法。
Trust evaluation is the foundation and the precondition of trust management decision of Information Network System, and is one of the front subjects group decision making with uncertain information in multiple - attribute field. The various factors of influencing trust management in Information Network System are deeply studied by using Delphi method in this paper, and the trust assessing index system of Information Network System is constructed. Base on this and considering the uncertainty and complexity of trust evaluation of Information Network System , a proposed method was presented for trust evaluation based on D - S Evidence Theory. A case of trust evaluation proves the rationality of way which can provide the new idea and method to improve the result of trust management decision of Information Network System.
