摘要
１９９８年５～６月从泰安郊区和校内试验田采集７种寄主上的６种蚜虫，用吡虫啉等３种杀虫剂分别做毒力测定。结果表明，吡虫啉对６种蚜虫均十分敏感，毒力分别是氧乐果的６４５～８０２５倍；在１１～３２℃测定温度范围内，吡虫啉对棉蚜的毒力相差６０７倍，表现出显著的正温度效应。
The insecticides imidacloprid,deltemethrin and omethoate were used in toxicity test with six aphids collected from seven hosts near the surburbs of Taian and in the experiment field of agriculture university campus during May and June in 1998.The results indicate that the very susceptible-imidacloprid six aphids show toxicity times of 64.5802.5 from omethodate,respectively.The toxicity of imidacloprid to cotton aphid was tested at 1132,the toxicity difference is 60.7 times.The imidacloprid proved to be the significant positive effects of temperature.
