摘要
三氟羧草醚对雄、雌小白鼠急性经口ＬＤ５０分别为１４７０ｍｇ／ｋｇ和２３３０ｍｇ／ｋｇ；对雄、雌大白鼠急性经口ＬＤ５０分别为１２６０ｍｇ／ｋｇ和１７１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，急性经皮ＬＤ５０＞４６４０ｍｇ／ｋｇ；微核和精子畸形试验结果为阴性。
The general and genetic toxicity of acifluorfen was studied,involving acute oral and dermal toxicity,eye and skin irritation,micronucleus and sperm morphology test.The acute oral LD50 of the chemical was 1260mg/kg for male rats ,1710mg/kg for female and 1470mg/kg for male mice ,2330mg/kg for female.The dermal LD50was more than 4640mg/kg for both male and female rats.The severe irritation to eye of rabbits was observed.No irritation to skin of rabbits was found.The results of micronucleus and sperm morphology test were nagtive.
