摘要
以氯丁改性苯丙乳液用做网贴玻璃马赛克的胶粘剂，研究了氯丁橡胶与苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯共聚时聚合温度、种子单体用量、氯丁用量等因素对乳胶性能的影响，分析了中试放大时产生粒子的原因，提出了解决的方法，得到了一种粘接牢、耐水性好、可满足出口产品生产要求的网贴马赛克胶粘剂。
A modified styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion with neoprene was prepared and used successfully in the affixture of glass mosaic to fibergglass net. The influence of polymerization temperature, amount of monomers and neoprene on the properties of emulsion was studied. The cause of particles occured in industrial size experiment was also discussed.
