摘要
对常压沸染型阳离子可染涤纶(ECDP)短纤维与PET短纤维主要纺丝工艺条件的差异进行了对比,并着重剖析了加工成形中纤维疵点形成的原因及解决方法,提出了ECDP短纤维纺丝温度要与切片特性粘数相协调,为减少后纺疵点,实际拉伸倍数应在3.5倍以上,拉伸温度70℃左右。
The major spinning conditions were compared between ECDP staple and PET staple. The initial of flaws was studied emphatically and the solution method was proposed. It was suggested that spinning temperature of ECDP staple and the intrinsic viscosity of chips should be coordinated to decrease the flaws during down\|stream spinning. The actual drawing ratio should be above 35. The temperature and speed of drawing should be given about 70 and in the range of 80 ̄100 m/min respectively.
