摘要
利用SEM、EPMA等手段观察和分析6063铝型材表面腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物成分。结果表明,这种形似雪花状腐蚀缺陷是由密集的点蚀坑构成,是因阳极相粒子Mg_2Si大量偏析所致.其实质是点腐蚀。模拟试验结果还表明, 中和后水洗水中的Cl^-离子浓度、pH值是决定该腐蚀是否出现的关键因素。最后,文中对6063铝型材表面点腐蚀的生成机理进行了探讨。
By means of SEM.EPMA.corrosion murphology and corrosion products occurred on the surface of 6063 aluminum extrusion was examined. The results demonstrated that snowflake corrsion defect was composed of densed pittings.and that in fact.this corrosion was a pitting corrosion. The cause of corrosion was attributed to the segregation of anodic particle Mg2Si in the alloy. It was also found in the experiments that the pH value and the Cl- concentration in rinse water after dismutting were key factors to the occurrence of pitting corrosion defect.
