摘要
本文通过对双氰胺的改性,得到了一种在环氧树脂和低极性的混合溶剂中有良好的溶解性的固化剂TH- 11 。该固化剂/ 促进剂/ 环氧树脂体系可用作湿法制备复合材料预浸料的基体树脂。本文中还对该树脂体系的固化行为和固化产物的性能进行了研究,结果表明,它比未改性的双氰胺对环氧树脂具有更高的反应活性和较低的固化温度,可在中温固化,固化产物的耐湿热性也有所提高。
A moidified dicyandiamideTH-11curing agent dissolved in lower polarity mixed solvent and epoxy resins was obtained in this paper,and curing process to epoxy resin was investigated.The result showed that the modified dicyanodiamide had higher reactivity and lower curing temperature than unmodified dicyandiamide and the cured resin with modified dicyanodiamide had higher moisture resistance.
