摘要
中国高校肩负着培养优秀广电主持人的艰巨任务,而大胆改革,构建新型教学模式是当务之急。本文从主持人培育模式的必要性、人才培养理念的创新,以及教学模式等方面对该问题展开研究与探索。
The Chinese colleges and universities shoulder the arduous task to cultivate outstanding radio and TV presenters, so it＇s an urgent matter to construct the innovated educational patterns. This paper discussed and studied the problem from the importance of the host training mode ,talent training of the concept of innovation and teaching modes, etc.
