摘要
研究了在氮气保护下,紫外光照射,以二苯甲酮(BP)为光引发剂,丙烯酰胺(AAM)在聚酯(PET)薄膜表面的气相接枝聚合。探讨了反应条件对接枝结果的影响,并对接枝机理作了初步探讨。用光电子能谱(XPS)、水接触角、染色程度作为接枝改性结果的表征。XPS谱图上接枝产物的N1S与C1S之比随光照时间的增加而明显增加。水接触角由接枝前的80°下降到20°。染色程度提高10倍以上。
Grafting polymerization of acrylamide(AAM) was performed onto the surface of a PET film under ultra violet light irradiation with benzophenone(BP) as photo initiator after removing oxygen with nitrogen. The influence of various factor, concentration of AAM monomer and BP initiator, the type of photo initiators and solvents, irradiation time, on the graft polymerization was explored, the graft reaction mechanism was studied, too, the success of graft polymerization was characterized by X ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The water contact angle determination proves that the hydrophilicity of surface grafted PET film is greatly improved. The contact angle of PET film is 80° before treatment and decreases to 20° after photografting, the dying determination proves that the dyeability of surface grafted PET film is graftly improved, too.
