摘要
由于工业用PET纤维对力学性能的特殊要求,用应力-应变曲线的一阶导数模量-应变曲线代替应力-应变曲线可更清晰反映纤维的力学行为。在一般的Instron拉力试验机上获得的应力-应变曲线,由于平滑程度差,直接求导失败时,可用三次样条函数拟合方法获得模量-应变曲线。
The first derivative of the stress strain curve, the modulus strain curve, is often more suitable for examining the tensile behavior of yarns than the stress strain curve itself, because so much as poly(ethylene terephthalate) industrial yarns special request to mechanical properties. The samples are strained on an Instron tensile tester, the stress strain curve can be obtained. When the data are difficult differentiation, the modulus strain curve can be obtained by means of cubic spline function fit. The curve is basic content to conduct research into process condition structure, and properties relationships of fibers.
