摘要
借助DSC、TEM、DMA以及拉伸实验等现代测试手段,研究了不同种类催化剂对RIMPUU制品微相分离结构及性能的影响。实验结果表明,DBTDL、TD及UL-293种催化剂所催化的RIMPUU体系的微相分离程度有TD催化体系>UL-29催化体系>DBTDL催化体系的趋势,并且DBTDL的催化效果最佳。可以说,DBTDL是RIMPUU反应体系最理想的催化剂。
In RIM PUU systems, catalysts always take an important part. The effect of different catalysts on microphase separation structure and properties of RIM PUU samples was studied by means of a series of modern analytical technologies such as DSC, TEM, DMA and tensile experiment. As a result, the degree of microphase separation of different RIM PUU systems had a trend that was TD system>UL 29 system>DBTDL system. All experimental datas indicate that DBTDI system not only has smaller degree of microphase separation, but also has better mechanicla property, and this recommends that the catalytic effect of DBTDL is the best and it could be the idealest catalyst for RIM PUU systems.
