摘要
目的探讨上颌轻度前突临床疗效。方法采用微钛钉种植体治疗,治疗前后X线头影测量A-horiz、Ui-horiz、Li-horiz、L6-horiz、U6-horiz、OB、OJ、U1-NA(mm)、L1-NB(mm)、SNA、SNB、ANB。结果治疗后A-horiz、Ui-horiz、Li-horiz、L6-horiz、OB、OJ、U1-NA(mm)、L1-NB(mm)、SNA、SNB、ANB均明显优于治疗前,P<0·05,差异均有统计学意义。U6-horiz治疗后比治疗前稍大,P>0·05,差异无统计学意义,说明微钛钉种植体支抗保持支抗稳定。结论微钛钉种植体治疗上颌轻度前突患者,各项指标改善明显,保持支抗磨牙稳定,临床疗效良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To approach the clinical curative effect of Maxillary protrusion. Methods To Micro-implant curing,A-horiz、Ui- horiz、Li- horiz、L6- horiz 、U6- horiz、OB、OJ、U1-NA（mm）、L1-NB（mm）、SNA、SNB、ANB by X-ray cephalometric in pretherapy and post-treatment. Results The A-horiz、Ui- horiz、Li- horiz、L6- horiz 、OB、OJ U1-NA（mm）、L1-NB（mm）、SNA、SNB、ANB in pretherapy were better than post-treatment,P005,the difference were statistical significance. U6- horiz after curing was higher than pretherapy,P005,the difference was no statistical significance,which was holding anchorage stabilization of Micro-implant. Conclusion To cure Maxillary protrusion patients by Micro-implant,each index are improving,the clinical curative effect is good and holding anchorage stabilization,which is to be used.
