摘要
目的探讨斜T型钢板治疗GradeⅢ型胸锁关节前脱位的可行性及注意事项。方法对8例GradeⅢ型胸锁关节前脱位患者采用切开复位斜T型钢板内固定治疗,术中用可吸收缝线修复破坏的关节盘,同时修补或重建关节囊和周围韧带。结果 8例患者均获随访,根据锁骨及胸锁关节的活动范围功能评定标准,本组病例术后均达到胸锁关节正常的活动范围。结论采用斜T型钢板内固定治疗GradeⅢ型胸锁关节前脱位,临床疗效满意,是一种安全、稳定、有效的手术方式。
Objective To investigate the possibility of Treatment of GradeⅢ and anterior Dislocation of the Sternoclavicular with internal fixation by oblique T-shap ed plate and to study the notes.Methods Eight patients who had GradeⅢ and anterior Dislocation of the Sternoclavicular were accepted the treatment of open reduction and internal fixation by oblique T-shaped plate. The damaged articular disc were repaired with absorbable line, the articular capsule and the ligaments were repaired and rebuilded. Results All of the patients were followed up and the results were excellent according to the sternoclavicular joint score method. Conclusion The treatment of GradeⅢ and anterior Dislocation of the Sternoclavicular with internal fixation by oblique T-shaped plate is a safety, stabile and available operation method and the clinical effect is notable.
