摘要
目的观察内镜套扎术(EVL)联合善宁治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法 40例患者分为两组,实验组给予EVL+善宁治疗,对照组给予EVL+氨甲苯酸治疗。观察两组患者的72h止血率、1个月再出血率、病死率。结果实验组72h内止血率为95%,1个月内再出血率为10%,死亡率为5%;对照组患者72h止血率为80%,1个月内再出血率为15%,死亡率为10%。两组的72h止血率、1个月再出血率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0·05);两组的死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0·05)。结论 EVL术联合善宁治疗食管静脉曲张出血可有效提高止血率,降低再出血率。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic variceal ligation （EVL） plus Sandostatin in the treatment of acute esophageal vaficeal bleeding in cirrhotic patients.Methods 40 patients with active variceal bleeding under emergency endoscope were assigned to two groups,the experimental group was treated with EVL and Sandostatin,the control group was treated with EVL and Aminomethylbenzoic.The hemostasis rates for 72 hours,one month rebleeding rates and mortality rates were observed.Results In the experimental group,the hemostasis rates for 72 hours,one month rebleeding rates and mortality rates were 95%,10%and 5%;in the control group,the hemostasis rates for 72 hours,one month rebleeding rates and mortality rates were 80%,15% and 10%.The hemostasis rates for 72 hours and one month rebleeding rates in the two groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant（P005）;the mortality rates in the two groups were compared,the differences was not statistically significant （P005）.Conclusion EVL plus Sandostatin is a more effective way for controlling acute esophageal vafieeal bleeding,which could elevate hemostasis rates and reduce rebleeding rates.
