摘要
1例49a男性患者,为治疗原发性肝癌,行经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE术)。术前进行碘过敏试验为阴性,次日在局麻下行TACE术,高压注射器注入碘普罗胺注射液30mL、超液化碘油3mL,约2min后,患者出现烦躁、胸闷、气促、神志不清,血压未测出,HR110次·min-1,血氧饱和度59%。立即给予地塞米松磷酸钠、盐酸肾上腺素、氢化可的松琥珀酸钠等对症治疗,1.5h后患者情况逐渐好转。
A 49-year-old male patient received transcatheter arterial chemoembolizaion（TACE） under local anesthesia in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Result of iodine allergy test before surgery was negative.The patient was given 30 mL of iopromide injection and 3 mL of lipiodol by high pressure injector.About 2 minutes later,the patient appeared dysthesia,chest stuffiness,anhelation,and his blood pressure could not be measured,with heart rate of 110 beats per minute,oxyhemoglobin saturation of 59%.Such medicines as dexamethasone sodium phosphate,adrenaline hydrochloride,hydrocortisone sodium succinate were given immediately for symptomatic treatment.One and a half hours later,the patient＇s symptoms improved.
