摘要
职业能力是衡量高职学生质量高低的核心标准,对高职学生进行职业能力测评至关重要,职业能力测评需要合理的测评工具和方法。以职业能力的构成成分为指标,分别从一般能力、专业能力及人文素质三个方面对适于高职学生职业能力测评的工具展开论述;结合高职学生职业能力的测评指标和测评工具,得出适于高职学生职业能力测评的有观察法、问卷调查量表法、心理测验法、情境模拟法和实训现场测试等方法。
Competence is the core standard to measure the quality of higher vocational college students,it is very important to evaluate the vocational ability of them.Competence appraisal needs rational tools and testing methods.The thesis takes the components of the Competence of higher vocational students as the index,separately explains the tools which apply to competence appraisal of higher vocational students from three aspects：general ability,pro-fessional ability,humanistic quality.To combine the evaluation index with the appraisal tools of competence of higher vocational students,we can draw some methods which apply to competence appraisal of higher vocational students,such as,observation method,questionnaire scale,method of psychology test,circumstances simulation method,field test in practical training.
