摘要
论文在文献评述的基础上利用1992—2008年日本、美国等10个主要经济体对华直接投资数据,实证检验了外商直接投资(FDI)类型与中国市场规模、要素成本、投资环境之间的关系。结果表明:FDI在中国既具有垂直型FDI的特征,同时又具有水平型FDI的特征,但水平型特征更为突出。随着中国经济的迅速发展和市场规模的扩大,进入中国的FDI正由垂直型向水平型转变。在实证分析的基础上,针对当前的FDI类型转变提出了相关政策建议。
On the basis of literature review,this paper analyzes the relationship between FDI and market size,factor cost and investment environment through the related data of FDI amount into China during 1992—2008 from the major countries or regions,such as Japan,America,etc..The results show that FDI in China has both the characteristics of vertical FDI and horizontal FDI,and the characteristics of horizontal FDI seem more prominent.FDI in China is shifting from vertical FDI to horizontal FDI.Based on the analysis,some suggestions are proposed on making policy.
