摘要
为适应高职教育的发展需要,高职院校辅导员应向研究型方向发展。高职院校研究型辅导员应秉承科学化、专业化观念,以高职学生为研究重点,从高职教育发展需要出发,探索高职学生工作规律,掌握相关学习资源与学习技能,培养问题意识,进行实践——反思研究,并将研究成果应用于工作。
Adapting for the high vocational colleges＇ development,the counselors in higher vocational college should make for the research ones.Their research should focus on higher vocational college students and study the rule of students＇ work in new era.The result comes from practice and guides their action.
