摘要
高职院校新生的管理工作是整个学生管理工作的基础,是高职院校整个教育教学活动的重要组成部分。有效、规范的学生管理,能够很好地保证学生的未来发展和学校的办学质量。为了做好高职院校新生的管理工作,必须针对高职新生的特点,采取行之有效的管理方法:以学生为本,丰富管理模式,努力营造良好的环境;贯彻以学生为本的管理理念,建立一支高素质的辅导员队伍;积极挖潜,实现入校新生的自我管理。
The management of freshmen is not only the foundation but important part of the entire management.Effective and standardized student management can guarantee a good future for students and quality of college.In order to carry out the management work successfully,we adopt effective management methods according to characteristics of vocational students,such as： the student-centered idea,enlarging the management modes and striving to create a favorable environment,carry out of the student-based management concept and establishment of a high-quality instructors,and actively deveolping to achieve self-management of freshmen.
