摘要
利用应变电测技术,对3种横截面形状的塑钢复合梁,在承受纯弯曲变形时部分点的应变进行测试,得出正应力分布规律进行对比分析,并进一步分析出钢梁及塑梁的承载比例,为理论计算提供依据。试验结果表明,几种塑钢复合梁的应力分布规律一致、数据可信,可用于指导工程实践。
Plastic-steel composite beam is widely used in engineering.Because of its complicated shape,it's difficult to calculate its distribution of stress by using theoretical formula.By adopting the electrical strain measurement techniques to test the strain of three different cross-sections of the plastic-steel composite beam in pure bending,data are obtained and the normal stress distributions are analyzed and compared,then further analyses are made on the load ratio of the steel and plastic beams to provide a basis for theoretical calculation.The results show that the stress distributions are consistent.Data obtained are reliable and can be applied to guide experimental teaching and engineering practice.
