摘要
随着社会经济发展和城市变迁,历史文化街区在新时代面临着保护与发展的巨大挑战。从功能演变的视角出发,以拉萨老城区为例,探讨了其主要功能、功能演变以及功能演变对老城区保护与发展带来的挑战,提出老城区未来发展应遵循"保留、更新、拓展"等三个基本原则。
With the socio-ecrnomic development and urban change, historical and cultural area is facing great challenges in the protection and development. From the functional perspective this article takes the old city of Lhasa as an example to make research on its main functions, the functional evolution, and the challenges that functional evolution brings to the protection and development of the old city of Lhasa and recommend that future development of the old city should follow three basic principles which are ＂to reserve, to update and to expand＂.
