超声条件下醚化剂GTA的合成及其改性聚乙烯醇的研究

摘要 在超声振荡提高反应效率的条件下用三乙胺(TEA)和环氧氯丙烷(EPIC)合成高效醚化剂环氧丙基三乙基氯化铵(GTA),研究了超声频率、反应物料比、反应溶剂对GTA产率的影响,用GTA改性聚乙烯醇(PVA)制备低取代度阳离子聚乙烯醇,研究了反应温度、反应物料比对阳离子聚乙烯醇取代度(DS)和反应效率(RE)的影响,并对产物的结构进行分析和红外表征。实验结果表明,用GTA改性PVA制备的阳离子聚乙烯醇DS达0.0346,RE达82.9%,阳离子性优良,符合造纸施胶要求。 Synthesis of glycidyl triethyl ammonium chloride(GTA) by using triethylamine(TEA) and epichlorohydrin(EPIC) under ultrasonic condition were studied. The effects of ultrasonic frequency,molar ratio of material,reaction medium on yield of GTA were optimized. Synthesis of low degree substitution of cationic polyvinyl alcohol with GTA modified polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) ,the effects of temperature,molar ratio of material on DS and RE of cationic polyvinyl alcohol were studied. Analysis of the product structure by IR characterization was carried out. The results show that cationic polyvinyl alcohol DS=0.0346,RE=82.9%,has good cationic performance to meet the requirements for paper sizing.
