介绍了国产纸机压榨技术的现状与进步,重点阐述了现代先进压榨技术的发展方向与发展特点。这些特点主要包括:结构简化,减少压榨道数,最多二道压榨;文化纸机和纸板机的压榨形式趋于一致;靴压技术普遍采用,包括配套的可控中高辊;蒸汽箱技术成熟应用。
The status and progress of press technology of domestic paper machines were introduced on the emphasis of developing direction and characteristics of advanced modern press technology. The characteristics includes simplified structure to reduce the numbers of presses,up to two set of presses;the forms of press for fines paper machines bing same as paperboard machines;shoe press being widely used,as well as crown controlled roll and steam box technology.
