摘要
目的:临床应用并观察自创留置针单手静脉穿刺方法的效果与优势。方法:将200例择期手术成年患者随机分为2组,即观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组采用改进后的单手穿刺置管法,对照组采用传统双手穿刺置管法,分别观察并记录两组患者首次穿刺成功率、穿刺时间,并用运用疼痛视觉模拟评价量表(VAS)评估两组疼痛程度,记录VAS分值。结果:观察组首次穿刺成功率(99%)高于对照组(90%)(P<0.05);观察组穿刺时间(4.82±0.50s),少于对照组(6.89±0.77s)(P<0.01);观察组VAS分值(2.80±0.89分)低于对照组(3.91±1.06分)(P<0.05)。结论:改进后的留置针单手静脉穿刺置管法与传统双手置管法相比可能更具有一定的优越性。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of a modified venepuncture operated by single hand.Methods：200 patients for selective operation was randomly distributed to observation group（100 cases,venepuncture by modified operation with single hand） and control group（100 cases,venepuncture by traditional both hands operation）,of all groups,the first time achievement ratio,expended time of venepuncture were recorded,and the pain degree with venepuncture was assessed with visual analog scale（VAS）.Results：All patients were successfully established intravenous catheter,but the first time achievement ratio was obviously higher（P〈0.05）,and expended time with operation and the value of VAS was markedly lower（P〈0.05）in observation group than in control group.Conclusion：The modified indwelling intravenous catheter operation by single hand could be more superior than traditional both hands method.
