摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的发生及其预防控制。方法:总结我院从1998至2009年所做的腹腔镜胆囊切除术共2584例临床资料,分析术中常见并发症的原因及处理。结果:2584例腹腔镜胆囊切除术中,31例出现了并发症。经相关处理后,均治愈。结论:严格掌握手术适应证,熟悉解剖,规范操作,可减少和预防并发症的发生。
Objective：To evaluate the occurrence,prevention and control of complications in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods：The causes and treatment of oommon complications were analyzed in 2584 cases.Results： There were 31 patients occurred complications among 2584 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and were cured after relevant treatment.Conclusion： Complying with Surgical indications strictly,familiar with anatomy and standard operation can reduce skill and prevent complications.
