摘要
概述工业计算机射线照相(CR)技术的最新进展,包括CR成像板荧光体结构的改进,信噪比和分辨率的提高,激光扫描器的多成像板同时输入、扫描和数字图像输出,使得对射线照相质量和灵敏度有较高要求、且对检测速度和周期也要兼顾的承压设备焊缝检测,有了稳定可靠的新基础。EN和ASME有关CR标准的推出,又为焊缝实施CR检测提供了法定技术依据。本文旨在为国内承压设备加速推广应用CR检测起推波助澜作用。
The latest developments in industrial Computed Radiography (CR) Technology are described, including the improvement of the component of storage phosphor plates, the enhancement of Signal-to-Noise ratio and resolution, the application of laser scanner,into which simultaneously feeding multi-storage phosphor plates, scanning these plates by laser beam stimulation and outputting digital signals. All of these provide a new reliable foundation to the inspection of welded joints in pressure vessels which having higher requirements of radiographic image quality and IQI sensitivity and considering the speed and cycle of inspection as important factors. The publishing of EN standards and ASME Code on the CR Technology presents a legal base for inspection of welds. This article is aimed at promoting the application of the CR technology to the inspection of welds in pressure vessels all around the country.
