摘要
目前,骨质瓷是国内高档瓷的主流,但其热稳定性远不如日用瓷。本论文通过在基础釉上添加不同氧化物,改变釉料组分,以改善坯釉适应性,来提高骨质瓷的热稳定性。在烧成温度为1150℃时,加入2.7%的B2O3,所得骨质瓷热稳定性最好,抗热震温度可达190℃。加入2.7%的Al2O3,所得骨质瓷的抗折强度最高,可达1266.92 kg/cm2,并且其白度也达到最高,为80.03。
Currently, it is very popular for bone china as high-grade porcelain, and has worse thermal stability than the household porcelain. To improve the thermal stability of bone china, the adaptability of green body and glaze is investigated by adding different oxides to based glaze to change glazed elements in this paper. At 1150℃ , the bone china with glaze adding 2.7% B2O3 has best thermal stability up to 190℃ . The bone china with glaze adding 2.7% Al2O3 has the highest flexural strength up to 1266.92 kg/cm^2, and also highest whiteness up to 80.03.
